Mr. Chesworth is a former Monroe County District Attorney, who has been involved in law practice and law enforcement in New York State for over forty years. He was admitted to practice in the New York and Federal courts including the U.S. Supreme Court. He began his career as an F.B.I. agent and later served as the Superintendent of the New York State Police. Mr. Chesworth has lectured at a number of law enforcement training centers and is familiar with civil and criminal issues related to firearms.
